New Traditional Living is fresh, colorful, and sophisticated, but most importantly, it’s livable. This full home design was for an amazing client who enjoys color and appreciates stylized furniture. Details in fabrics, art, and textures were key to creating a sophisticated, colorful home.
Mid-century Modern Kitchen
A Kitchen renovation that brought light into a dark space by adding playful pops of colors, mixed metals, acrylic accents and a crisp white backdrop.
Mid-Century Modern Living
A central living room that opens up to the second story. Cedar beams, sliding doors, white oak flooring and modern furnishings were added to marry the spaces throughout the home. A neutral background with moody textures are offset with playful pops of color in art and accessories.
Coastal Farmhouse Living
This Coastal Inspired Farmhouse is located in Franklin Tennessee; voted one of the top towns to live in America. The homeowner’s love of navy, pink, and white provided color inspiration. We built this from the ground up and customized every detail to create that fresh coastal farmhouse feel. It’s energetic, whimsical, and ultimately a happy home!
The Master Bedroom from New Traditional Living was designed to be a peaceful retreat, yet rich in color. The walls covered in grass cloth create calmness throughout, while the saturated velvet bed, crisp linens, and metal accents add vibrancy. Neutral tones for textiles and accents create a soft balance.
A bold black Nursery full of light. A black backdrop for a colorful design is always a fun twist. It pops every color and every detail unlike anything else. Knowing how to use color and light is key in design and this daring (and darling) Nursery design is a successful example of that.
An unused Dining Room renovation that has become the hardest working room in the house. A space that serves as the laundry, mudroom, her office and a craft room all in one.
Modern Master Suite
A spa-like experience with a modern edge was the inspiration for this Master Bedroom and Bath design. This Master suite was a complete renovation down to the studs. The white oak flooring, cedar beams, and custom wood doors add a warmth and balance out the crisp white walls and black details.
Laundry and Mudroom
A fresh spin on the Laundry. This Mudroom, Laundry, and Office space were all located in the same area, but each space needed to feel defined. Wallpaper, tile, art and ship lap were used to define the spaces with subtle pattern and color.
This Southern-inspired Guest Room was designed with layers in mind to add depth. The warm color pallet creates a cozy embrace while the fun wallpaper and textiles add a playfulness. It’s classic with a twist!
